How to place an order
To place an order on PortiaJewelry.com, follow these simple steps:
- Click "Add to Cart" for the item(s) that you wish to purchase.
- Adjust quantity if necessary on the Shopping Cart page, then click "Check Out"
- If you are a new customer you will be prompted to fill in your billing and shipping information on the Purchase Information Page. If you are a returning customer, you will log-in with your email address and chosen password. Confirm that all is correct and make any necessary changes. Select your shipping method, then click "next".
- Finally, review all the information you've entered so far on the Order Confirmation page. Then enter your credit card information and, when you're satisfied that everything is correct, click "Place my Order". Your order is now complete.
You will see a "Progress Meter" on the top of every page during the check out process showing you exactly what steps you have taken, are currently on and what will be next.
You can place your order, check the status of your order or review a past order, and get answers to your questions by contacting us. Orders placed by 3pm EST on a business day will ship the following business day.
Emails and Calls you can Expect to Receive
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails keeping you up- to- date on the progress of your submitted order.
- Your order has been received. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and will begin processing it. Keep this email for your records because it will include your order number.
- Your order has been shipped. This e-mail confirms that your order has been shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shiping method you have chosen and your shipping location.
- Important notice about your order. We may contact you for the following reasons: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address you provided, cancellation of an order and duplicate orders are some common reasons. Should you receive a notice like this please contact us. However, we will contact you immediately via phone and e-mail if a problem does arise.

All customers placing an order via PayPal must enter the email address PayPal has verified and all orders must be shipped to the billing address PayPal has verified for you. Once your have submitted your order, you will receive an invoice to your email address. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice. You can expect to receive an additional email shortly after, containing all shipping details, as well as your tracking number.
