However, If you have purchased an item that is on back order and you were not notified before submitting your order, we will contact you immediately to let you know when the item will be available. We will also give you the choice to cancel the order or we will help you find another item.

Policy on Debit Cards

It is possible that your bank has placed a spending limit on your debit card for your protection and if an order placed with PortiaJewelry.com is over that limit, your order will not be processed. In this case, you will receive a call and/or e-mail from us as well as your bank to notify you if this happens.

 

E-Gift Certificate Policy

For security purposes, when you redeem your e-gift certificate, we require that you use a credit card. This helps us to ensure your identity, and protects against fraudulent use by another party. Your credit card will not be charged unless your total amount goes over the e-gift certificate amount. E-gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, goods purchased with the certificate cannot be returned for a cash refund and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain as a credit for future use. PortiaJewelry.com's e-gift certificates will expire 1-year from the purchase date. Please contact us with any questions.
