How it works
After you have chosen your item(s) in your shopping cart, and you are ready to check out, you will be prompted during the check out process to redeem your e-gift certificate. All of our e-gift certificates have a code (ex. 644-64-OV3-463) that are activated at the time of purchase. This code is what you will need to enter during the check out process.

If you spend less than your e-gift certificate is worth, you will have a store credit with us for you to use at a future date. Portia's e-gift certificates will expire 1-year from the purchase date.

For security purposes, when you redeem your e-gift certificate, we require that you use a credit card. This helps us to ensure your identity, and protects against fraudulent use by another party. Your credit card will not be charged unless your total amount goes over the e-gift certificate amount. E-gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, goods purchased with the certificate cannot be returned for a cash refund and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain as a credit for future use. Please contact us with any questions.
