About the Program:
*The driving source behind Portia Jewelry is YOU. Our customers are our inspiration and motivation. We don't want to be here to only sell to you, we also want to make our business work for you.
With this in mind, we created The Portia Agents Program! This program allows you to earn commissions by simply spreading the word about Portia Jewelry to your friends, family and co-workers.
When the person you have referred Portia Jewelry to places an order, they enter your unique Agent Code during the checkout process. You'll receive an email notification of the order and after 35 business days have passed, you receive 15% of the total value of the order as your commission!
It's really that simple! You can email people you know, call them up or print out unique Portia Agent Cards with your Agent Code and hand them out. These cards will be generated for you and emailed to you to print out!
Plus, your referrals are your referrals for life! Whenever someone you referred places an order and enters in your Agent Code, you receive the commission whether it's their 1st order or their 5th order!
You can also use this code with your own personal purchases and receive the same 15% commission!
Requirements:
- You must have a verified and active U.S. PayPal account to receive commissions.
- You must register with the same email address you use for your PayPal account.
- You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- You must have a printer.
- Ability to open Adobe PDF documents (a free download is available after registration).
- You must print/mail in a W-9 form within 20 days of registration.
- Submit a recent photo of you & provide a short description...just a little info about you!
- You must read, agree and be able to abide by the rules and terms of this program before registering.

The "Fine Print" aka The Rules: Please read carefully
*Commissions, Registering and Requirements
1- You receive 15% of the order total before shipping and sales tax calculations for all completed, approved and shipped orders. Payouts are made 35 days from the date of purchase and are sent directly to your US Verified PayPal account.
2- Your unique Agent Code must be entered at the time of purchase. The code cannot be applied at a later time/date.
3- You must have a verified and active US PayPal account under your name and billing address, in order to receive commissions.
4- The email address you register with must be the same email address used for your PayPal account.
5- PayPal does deduct a small fee from your received payment. Please contact PayPal for more information.
6- Portia Jewelry reserves the right to disapprove and reject any registration applications submitted for any reason.
7- Using your Agent Code on personal purchases cannot be combined with any other coupon codes and promotions. If you submit an order with a coupon code, it will automatically void your ability to collect any commissions. Remember to only use your Agent Code if the value of your coupon is less than 15%.
*Commission Forfeit and Reason for Voids and Reversals.
8- Any purchases returned within the allotted return policy will void your ability to receive the commission.
9- Any exchanges made within the allotted return/exchange policy will be recalculated accordingly and will delay receipt of your commission. The 35 day count will begin from the time of shipment for the exchanged package.
10- Purchases/ transactions that are fraudulent, are reversed because of fraudulence or are cancelled because of suspicion to be fraudulent may constitute in the reversal of a commission or deduction to a future commission and/or cancellation of your participation in the program. Legal and financial actions may be pursued by Portia Jewelry to recover any loses.
11- Portia Jewelry reserves the right to void any commissions if we are unable to contact you, if your PayPal account is not active, if you do not provide accurate and updated email address, billing address and contact phone numbers.
12- Portia Jewelry also reserves the right to void any commissions if the Agent Code was not placed during the checkout process, during the time of order placement by the referred customer. Your Agent Code cannot be applied at a later time/date.
13- Portia Jewelry reserves the right to void any commissions if purchases are returned, reversed or cancelled due to unresponsiveness, fraudulence or suspicion of fraudulence and/or if a purchased item is discovered to be out of stock after the order is submitted. Portia Jewelry reserves the right to void any commissions if an order/purchase cannot be completed in anyway.
*Miscellaneous
14- Pictures added during registration become the property of Portia Jewelry and may be used by Portia Jewelry for marketing or promotional purposes. Portia Jewelry reserves the right to remove and/or reject any pictures we consider inappropriate or in violation of copyright or trademark laws.
15- Modifications to this agreement and information page may be made at any time without notice. Continued participation of The Portia Agent's Program shall constitute agreement to the modified terms of the agreement. Those who register agree to indemnify and hold Portia Jewelry and PortiaJewelry.com, their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of use and participation of this program.
