Everything White: Plenty of designers showcased head-to-toe white looks all across the runways for spring 2011. This easy to sport trend can be done with inexpensive items like white shorts and a white tank top... just jazz it up with white colored fashion jewelry or add a bit of boho browns for a chic look.

Floral Prints: Busy floral prints paired with pops of color, mix-matched prints and neutral leathers make this spring 2011 look. We suggest keeping your hair style and make up simple with this one. If these prints are a bit much for you... opt for floral accessories!

Seventies Glam: Designers such as, Badgley Mischka and D & G gave us trip back to the seventies with jumpers, silk one- piece dresses, high- waisted and wide- leggged trousers. Big gold costume accessories, head scarves, deep blue denims, oversized soft travel bags and funky platforms finished these looks perfectly.

Midriff Tops: "Show off your sexy midriff" is clearly what designers want this spring. The looks ranged tremendously from country floral tops, gypsy-looks to Versace chic with a hint of 1980's in there, but they all had one thing in common and that is to show off your midriff!

Capris: Ok, so here's an easy trend to follow and love this spring. Capri pants, bermuda shorts and plenty of hot shorts were seen all over the runways... 3.1 Phillip Lim, Balmain and D & G are just naming a couple... there's plenty more designers who offered this look. The best part about wearing capris is that your awesome heels will most definitely be seen!!!

High- Waist Pants: Cynthia Rowley, Christian Dior, Christian Siriano and many more designers gave women an alternate to the low waisted pants we've been struggling to put on by showcasing loose, wide-legged and high-waisted trousers in an array of gorgeous fabrics and colors. I still love my skinny jeans but having and alternate that's IN... is good.

Animal Prints: We feel like we've seen this before... but that's ok. We love it and we love how Blumarine used classic spring colors and soft sexy fabrics and shapes to soften this in-your-face print. Accessorize in animal print if this is a bit much for you. And of course, we love all the bold and oversized gold costume jewelry paired with this trend!

Sheer Romantic: Romantically soft designs with draping in lace, chiffon, silk, satin and more were seen as well for Spring 2011 in toned down neutrals and whites. Another trend that seemed to come hand-in-hand were sheer tops, skirts and pants. With the right layering, this look can be perfectly soft with just the right amount of sexy.

Color Blocks: Pantone forecasted honeysuckle to be the hottest color this spring and they were right on. This gorgeous color was seen everywhere in cool spring tops, light flowing dresses and in accessories galore. Bright colors in block designs were also seen in stunning blues, vivid greens and bright yellows.

Spring Accessories: Accessories made most of the looks on the runways in New York for Spring 2011. Fedora hats were all over DSquared2, belts in bright colors added just the right amount of freshness for Burberry Prorsum and wide camel colored leather belts offered a sophistication for Christian Siriano... who (by the way) had one of our favorite collections this season!

Hair and Make-up Trends: Fun pops of color for eyes were seen on Christian Dior's models using gorgeous fuchsia with bright red rose lips. Red rose lips were seen on the models for Fendi along with tangerine orange lip rouge. The most popular hair style the models sported this season were loose, effort-less chignons.

Platform Shoes: Flat platform shoes (seen on Chanel) and intricate platform sandals with ropes, feathers and plenty of straps were seen across the board.

Until next season...
