I never noticed this many runway shows that were as in sync when it came to trends. The trends for fall/winter 2009 are powerful and bold and the looks I'm about to list were pretty much seen all across the board. Here's what the team at Portia Jewelry came up with. Sparkle and Shine - Strong Metallics with the use of sequins and studs. Seen mostly in copper and gunmetal as well as any electric color imaginable.

Sexy and Strong Shoulders - 3.1 Phillip Lim, Gucci, Donna Karen, Carolina Herrera and many more designers gave us a glimpse of the 80's with an updated version of exaggerated shoulders.
